• Forty-four years of active building construction. .
• President of the Home Builders Association in 1991.
• Set up and organized the Home Builders Parade of Homes in 1989, which has become an annual event.
• Received a Distinguished Service Award from Home Builders Association.
• Developed and built a small subdivision in Blair Township.
• Constructed over 200 homes and numerous remodels.
• Built the Midwest Living Idea Home in 1992.
• Editor from Better Homes and Garden’s awarded the Midwest Living 1992 Idea Home “EDITORS’ CHOICE” in the 1996 Special Interest Publication.
